Best place we have stayed yet! Highly recommended. We camped at Rimrock Lake Resort in a Motorhome. This park is NOT big rig friendly. The circular road through the park is VERY tight. We were told to back up the road, make a tight turn then back up the road some more and into the site.

There was not enough room to make the turn with our 43 foot fiver. So we ended up squeezing between piles of rocks and big trees around the inner road with only an inch clearance in places, but we were able to get through and line up for a back into site 5. The utilities were centrally located and on the correct side for site 5. We noticed several sites where the utility connections were on the wrong side of the site. There is no WiFi in the park their website states this and there is a sign saying no WiFi and you should talk to each other like it is The lake is 30 feet low so lake access is difficult.

If your looking to get away from the connected world and you have a small rig, this could be the RV Park for you. The owners were pleasant once you made the effort to talk with them. They worked with us on receiving packages and even gave us WiFi access through their business network.

There is no pet area but there is a walking path around the point the RV park is on that is a pleasant walk. Sunsets are beautiful. We did note that some of the campsites were not cleaned up between guests. I did talk to the owners about the WiFi situation and the location is just so remote along with Forest Service Restrictions on construction make it almost impossible to get high speed network services brought to the park.
