New restaurants and stores are popping up. Resident 1y ago. The people in this family are pretty amazing. I have always felt safe and comfortable. Neighbor parties. The neighborhood has a park like feel. We love the area. Not a good place to live around There are junkies that walk around now. The easy access to freeways and only being 25 minutes from downtown Dallas make it convenient to commute to and from work.

The noise level is a little higher than I care for. Close to parks. Close to restaurants. Close to stores. Close to shopping malls. Close to schools. Neighbors are friendly ". Most of the people here own there homes, so you don't have alot of newcomer's.

Very close to a shopping strip. Very convenient. If there is ever anything in need there are dozens of neighbors willing to do anything to help.

We have lived on this quiet country like lane 10 minutes from downtown Dallas for over 13 years.

The schools in the area are improving each year. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Weve done park projects and median beautification projects. Several years we even had a float in the Mardis Gras parade.

I love my neighbors and my neighborhood! Just not a good place to live or raise kids. I dont feel safe. Close to a park.
