I purchased an Ionic Air Cleaner that does not work. I won't have to enter any building with that label. That is all. I've contacted Customer Service five 5 times over 8 days, they have failed to respond even once. I do not wish for anyone else to be burned by this company.
Do not purchase anything from them. I questioned this and they said it was a membership fee. I demanded a refund and cancellation of the membership. No refund yet. I believe that they are crooks and I do not recommend that you buy from this company! I got the catalogue today and found a lot of items I want to order Thank God I read the dismal rating of this company and will NOT order and rather find these things on Amazon How can a company stay in business when they do not care about customer service and common decency towards their customers?
I have called 3 times in 6 months to be taken off their catalog mailing list, including sister company Cuddledown. It hasn't in 6 months. Very annoying! I spent over I felt like I was hit by the old bait and switch gimmick. The pictures looked pretty but the products are all made in china junk. Half the products arrived and no joke, I could of picked them up at my local dollar store. So, I had to lug all the crap back to the post office and pay for shipping again.
Note: they offer no free shipping. Coming or going. They are affiliated with Magellan and Potpourri the catalogs offer all the same garbage. Wish I could rate them a And read the reviews first. The old buyer beware. I placed an order on May 18, The items were listed as "in stock".
I tried to cancel the order after a month went by. The items were larger planters intended for a summer vegetable garden and cost over five hundred dollars. I sent an response to a backorder status email I received as directed. I requested that my order be cancelled. After a few weeks with the status still showing as backordered rather than cancelled I called customer service and cancelled the order. I was told that my order would be coming directly from the manufacturer so if the order had already been processed they could not cancel it.
I was ok with that. I thought I would either get the items soon or the order would be cancelled. After another month goes by I get a backordered stratus email again. I called customer service again and was told the same thing again that the order was being sent from the manufacturer etc. Here we are almost a week later and order is still showing as backordered. They obviously don't have the planters but refuse to cancel the order! If they ship the planters I plan on returning them.
I have told them this! I don't know what else to do! They have terrible customer customer service! How hard can it be to cancel a order for items they obviously don't have?
Stay away and order from someone else! They sell you a product which turns out to be out of stock. Just try to find out where it is or when it will be shipped. There was no notice that it was not in stock. Do not buy from this company! Those artists, with their wacky ideas! Those women! As is often the case they save Mr. Allen and his on-screen surrogate from his worst instincts, even as his treatment of them exposes just how low and lazy those instincts can be.
A less generous word might be sloppy, given the near-total absence of the kind of Lubitschean verve of which Mr. Painful to watch, think first draft.
This you must know about this film or else it makes no sense. This was an early screen play by Allen that was shelved decades ago. It has not been updated in any real way, and its like watching woody Allen film his first draft from decades ago before he really got into the groove of writing.
It should have stayed on that shelf. The "feel" of a woody Allen film is there, but the wit is not. Its all very half baked, and the characters esp Rachel woods characters are malformed in ways that are embarrassing to watch. Only watch if you must see anything woody Allen. Otherwise its embarrassing to see how many people jumped onto this project without really reading the script.
