Schultz started her career in pharmacy services and operations, GPOs, contracting and inventory management in a premier academic medical center.

She held management positions at industry-leading consulting firms, including: EY, Capgemini and Accenture. Schultz provided leadership at market-leading Health IT software vendors, multiple health eCommerce sites, overseas socialized medicine programs and mobile application development. Mauraan also leads the Patient Experience practice at PPC, bringing her knowledge to bear in the development of organizational strategies, roadmaps, marketing to consumers and driving ROI in mobile applications.

She works with the Hospitalist Team at Good Samaritan Hospital focusing on quality and process improvement. She also applies data analytics skills to improve performance metrics, and partner with hospital leadership to works towards organizational goals.

Prior to this position, Erika spent 7 years working in the clinical setting as a nurse, including: inpatient and emergency behavioral health, inpatient acute medical rehab, and outpatient oncology.
