The upper management does not care about us before we are just names on a screen that they have never met before. We have all been working for almost 3 years now with no raise! Cons Ttec. TTEC literally the most unprofessional job that I have had. I have had issues with pay, benefits, and my time cards. It take weeks for issues to be resolved.

For an example, my insurance was canceled by the company for unknown reasons. I had to submit a ticket, which there is no way to call the HR staff, about my benefits being canceled. I have missed import medication that I was not able to afford without my benefits. It took a total of 10 days to have that resolved. Training was a joke, we just started at the computer screen for majority of the time. Management and support was very unorganized and unsupportive.
