Fun job to work while in school. The job can get busy at times but it is a good place to work while you are going to school. Flexible, fun, but busy. Management is okay - they were often flexible with my school schedule. Good pace to work at, nothing bad to complain.

Stores are largely left on their own with little help unless a store is noticeably failing. Pros Reasonably flexible depending on job position. Cons Limited upper management support, strict guidelines on staffing, low pay. If you want to work and make some money in a fast paced environment, go for it. They don't pay that much, but if you need a minimum wage job, they're good. More of a high schooler job.
